I’m Selvam Sitaraman, an actor with a deep love for both cinema and theatre. I’ve completed the Screen Acting Room program (Levels 1 to 4) at the Screen Acting Academy, where I honed my skills for on-camera work. In theatre, I had the pleasure of being part of the cast for Dangerous Liaisons at Kanata Theatre, an experience I thoroughly enjoyed. I also bring special skills in dancing, gymnastics, and stunts to my performances, which helps me take on more physically demanding roles. Off-stage, I’m passionate about sound design, set construction, and house management, which gives me a broader perspective of production. In addition to acting, I love writing my own scripts. My latest project focuses on the dangers of social media pranks, and I'm excited about the opportunity to use storytelling to raise awareness about real-life issues. I’m originally from Bangalore, where I earned my bachelor’s degree and a PGDM in Information Security and Computer Application Security. Though I work in cybersecurity in Canada, my heart is always in the arts, and I look forward to continuing my journey in film and theatre.
