- Oversee the complete daily set-up and tear-down of production support areas, including wardrobe tents, hair and makeup stations, craft service tables, and rest areas. - Prepare, place, and maintain essential on-set items, such as tables, chairs for video village, garbage bins, pop-up tents for shade or rain cover, and designated holding areas for cast, background performers, and crew. - Address and resolve any on-the-day location challenges, including unexpected weather, space constraints, or access issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the production schedule. - Liaise closely with key departments, including Locations, Art, Costume, and Production—to coordinate equipment placement and support quick scene transitions. - Maintain clear walkways and organized staging areas, ensuring safety and accessibility for all cast and crew members. - Assist with load-in and load-out of production trucks, equipment, and set pieces as needed. - Monitor and replenish on-set supplies such as water, snacks, and waste disposal bags to keep the environment efficient and comfortable. - Act as a point of contact for crew questions regarding site logistics, daily schedules, and designated areas.
