1. You should be physically fit to be able to hold the boom pole steady for long periods of time. 2. You will be responsible for microphone placement to capture clear and accurate sound. 3. Monitor the audio being recorded and address any issues with the sound mixer. 4. Be responsible for equipment setup and maintenance.
