I have a 3-minute animated video TV Ad that needs enhancement and editing. The previous animator did not meet the requirements that I need so I'm looking for someone who has proven experience in this field. Someone who is proficient in Adobe Animate, Adobe Character Animator, Animaker, and Pencil2D, as well as animation, generating minute, frame-by-frame visuals, and technical knowledge and competence.
