You'd be working with the production team to bring everything together and run the day-to-day on-the-ground production details, including by not limited to: • Coordinate with production, and director • Coordinate casting, wardrobe, and fittings • Coordinate location sourcing and securing with the location manager • Coordinate equipment rental with rental houses - camera, lighting, grip, and support • Coordinate production scheduling, catering, craft, and any logistical requirement for a successful shoot • Have contacts for all departments mentioned above and freelance crew members to crew up the project • Coordinate all logistics for smooth production, including vendors, production, talent, locations, crew, etc.
