○  Lead the execution of all the special lighting needs of the production.
	○  Able to determine the director's vision using the lighting of each scene.
	○  Identify and choose what are the best lights and lighting equipment that fits in every scene.
	○ Oversee the lighting crew ensuring all are doing their job correctly.
	○  Monitor lighting during filming for any adjustment needed.
