1. Read the script and meet with the Director in order to discuss the sound design for the show and begin to make the cue list. 2. Assemble, operate and maintain the technical equipment used to record, amplify, enhance, mix or reproduce sound. 3. Responsible for obtaining all sound effects, whether recorded or live. 4. Responsible for real-time audio scripting. 5. Work closely with the production mixer, sound supervisor, the editor, and the director to create original sound elements.
