1. Provides visual illustrations to map out an effective production blueprint for the film.
2. Create new drawings to fix and change sequences throughout the production process.
3. Represent angles for shooting, lighting themes, colour, clothing and motion/blocking set-ups.
4. Draw storyboards that depict the action, camera placement, and acting of the characters in that sequence.
