HOWEVER 
- When you look at the tracking sheet please mix in the other names in green as volunteers
- Have some fun with the pictures, movie stills, animations, (avoid obvious clip art)

Please TIME it.  Last time there was some ironing out, it should be faster to do now.  I want to have some accurate numbers to quote to users. i.e. booking, managing, closing, vouching in total takes 15 min.  Send me by email start and end times.
