ISO PRODUCER - PAID - TORONTO

Hi everyone! I'm a narrative film director who likes making films with Asian-Canadian/American characters and themes. I'm looking for a Toronto-based producer to collaborate with for my next short film! We're looking to shoot in early 2023.

A short synopsis of the film: Shinji, a Japanese-Canadian student at the University of Toronto, has trouble finding love, making friends, and finding a community to belong in.

Some of the film has been funded already, but we will look to apply for grants to help supplement the film. Students are welcome and people of diverse backgrounds are encouraged!
